What is FaithPulse?

The discipleship operating system for Christian small groups. It measures your Spiritual Vitality Score (SVS™) across three pillars — Word, Walk, and Witness — and gives your group a single shared pulse to grow by.

What is the SVS™?

The Spiritual Vitality Score rolls scripture, community, and witness into one living number — for you and for your group — so formation becomes something you can see and tend to together.

How do I join a group or accept an invite?

Tap the invite link your host shares. FaithPulse opens to the group or gathering and adds you so you can RSVP — it then appears in your This Week and Your Gatherings.

How do I import a sermon?

Paste a link or add audio. The Shepherd transcribes it, grounds every claim in scripture, runs Gospel Clarity™, and turns it into discussion for your group.

Billing

The Free plan is free forever, no card required. Rooted is a subscription billed by Phrontis Holdings LLC through Stripe when you subscribe at faithpulse.com/subscribe — $11.99/month or $119/year. Manage or cancel any time using the link in your Stripe receipt, or email us and we will do it for you. If you ever subscribe inside the app instead, Apple or Google bills that one and you manage it in your device’s subscription settings — we cannot cancel or refund a purchase we never received. Full terms: faithpulse.com/terms.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account and data from within the app’s settings, or email [email protected] and we’ll take care of it.

Is my journal private?

Yes. Private reflections are visible only to you. Content is shared with a group only when you choose to post it there. See our Privacy Policy.

For churches & pastors

Running FaithPulse for your church

Everything a pastor and staff need to know. Want a walkthrough? Email [email protected].

Does it run everything our church software does?

Yes. FaithPulse is a full church platform — a member & household directory, giving, groups, child check-in, forms & registrations, email/text messaging, service & worship planning (with a Music Stand for the band), a church calendar, and no-code automations & discipleship journeys — plus the formation layer no other tool has. See the full platform.

Is giving really 0%?

Yes. Gifts route to your church's own Stripe account — you stay the church of record and keep 100%. FaithPulse adds no platform fee; members pay only standard card/ACH processing. More on how giving works.

Can we move our data over from Planning Center or Tithe.ly?

Yes — in minutes. Export your people to a CSV and paste it in; our AI reads your columns, merges households, and skips duplicates. Changed your mind? One tap undoes the whole import. No re-typing, no lost history.

Can our whole staff use it, each scoped to their job?

Yes. There's a browser console for desk work plus the app, with role-based access: finance sees giving, the worship leader sees Music Stand, the check-in coordinator runs the nursery, communications sends broadcasts — and no one sees more than their role needs.

Is child check-in safe?

Yes. Check-in issues a security code that's required at pickup, and a child's record is readable only by their guardian and the check-in team — never listed openly. Child safety was built in from the first line of code.

Is our people's formation data private?

Yes — this is the heart of the design. Admin data (giving, directory) and formation data live in two separate planes. A pastor sees the body's vitals — trends, themes, a count of who may need a shepherd — always anonymized. Never a name-and-shame list, never one soul's private walk.

Is the AI theologically sound?

The Shepherd is grounded in Scripture, orthodox-creedal, and pastorally framed. It cites real verses, refuses to speak beyond its competence (medical, legal, counseling), and points people to their own pastor. It's a guardrailed guide, not an authority that stands in for the church.

What does it cost, and do we have to switch everything at once?

Flat monthly by how your church is structured — Core $499 (one congregation), Multisite $999 (multiple campuses), Enterprise $1,499 (network or denomination) — with 0% on giving, always. One-time setup is $299 / $499 / $799. And no, you don't have to switch cold: run FaithPulse alongside your current tool and move over at your pace. See plans.

In a crisis? FaithPulse is a tool for spiritual formation, not professional counseling or medical care. If you or someone you know is in danger, contact your local emergency number, or in the U.S. dial or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) — and reach out to your pastor.
